Ok. . .i dunno if this rude to discuss in a forum and I apologize if I offend someone. . .but is John Tartaglia (from Avenue Q) gay or straight? Cuz. . .wow. . .what a hottie. Also, soooo talented and so much charisma.
I saw him in Avenue Q, and it was very interesting because he doesn't really come off gay onstage. So then I met him afterwards at the stage door and I was just like, "Whoah! Hello gay man!" Haha. He's very over-the-top and energetic and happy in person. Great guy! We all talked for like 20 minutes.
SO to keep on the topic of JT, anyone have any ideas about what he is doing next? I heard rumors of him being in Zana Don't! (isn't is just Zana! now?)
Liam - As opposed to gay people, who are never deep in thought or concentration in real life?? Sorry, I'm really not trying to be catty (screename pun unintentional) but your post comes off sort of prejudiced.
john had his straight character (princeton) and gay character (rod) ...he was equally incredible at both..being gay doesn't mean you can't play straight characters (i could use countless examples), and being straight doesn't mean you can't play gay characters (ex: all the gay principals in rent were originally played by straight people, and hugh Jackman in BFO)
awkward.

I only meant that since he's gay, it sux for girls like me who love him because there's no chance in hell w/ him since he's gay. I'm saying the guys are lucky because they have a chance w; him
As far as I know, it's going up in spring 2005. I applied for the rights to the show, and the organization told me they were unavailable because there was going to be a Broadway production in Spring of 2005.
