"I hope you're all happy, keeping Alan off the team. Couldn't you, for once, open your minds and hearts and hear something that he couldn't see? I, for one, am glad that Alan is blind, so he can't see what, I am so sad to say, you can't hear." -Jerri Blank
It reminded me a little bit of that scene in that movie Beaches when Bette Midler is doing her Broadway show, the faces and the guy with the red jacket on... I don't know maybe I'm way off with that comparison, ha.
I didn't get it, they were like doing the thriller dance and talking about the time warp. The girls costumes were great though. I loved rosie's "wote democratic" thing
well if you're not an evil dead fan you probably wont understand it based on that performance, but the show really is amazing..but again, more so if you're a horror fan, if not, its not really a show for everyone. And I think it will sell tickets and be a hit because there are a lot of evil dead fans out there, not to mention I tried getting splatter zone tickets for this month and its all sold out, so so far ticket sales havent been half bad. But yeah if you're a horror fan, go see it, its awesome.

"Its like my mother always used to say, whenever you hear a strange and possible life-threatening noise coming from the dark woods outide, there is only one thing you should do. Dont tell any of the others and go invsetigate it alone."
All the men in my life keep getting killed by Candarian demons, all my college boyfriends and my one night stands, my male co-workers and platonic gay friends (HEY)."

If you want a good horror sendup...look for Zombies from the Beyond, by James Valq ( The Spitfire Grill). Extremely clever and funny...it pops up in repertory every now and then. James directed me in it years ago...most fun I think I ever had with a show. Much more inspired than that thing on The View today :)
