I'd like to hear Carol sing "Ribbons Down My Back" or "He Plays the Violin".
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I have a friend who can do a dead-on circa 1967 Carol Channing impression. I wrote a musical comedy with the vision of her someday playing the lead (as an aging, man-hungry producer with a penchant for plastic surgery). It was fun to hear him read her lines. mygfdontliveincanada -- with all due respect, um no. You do not nor can not evoke Carol Channing at all. Your voice is way too deep for Carol and you barely emulate her trademark Carol-isms. I'm sure your friends mean well and you guys have enormous fun with your attempt but that is not Carol Channing your attempting.
