Acting. Singing, I'm...iffy, and I can't dance to save my life. Well, I could, but whoever was testing me would probably kill me because of how dumb I would look.

These past four years in college I've cornered the market on dim-witted light comedy characters, although I'm getting pretty sick of it. However, this summer I get to play Father in "Ragtime" (as well as roles in four other shows) at the Timber Lake Playhouse (my first professional job, yay!), which will be a nice change of pace--a character who ISN'T a moron.

No i'm a pretty damn good singer, I can belt and am making major improvements on my soprano voice *it used to be weak and breathy now it's MUCh stronger-in only a semester of lessons!* and I'm a pretty good actor and dancer-of course there is ALWAYS room for improvement on EVERYONE! and I'm very good at harmony and reading/learning music
and all that I could do because of you was talk of love...
I have no voice lessons and I'm a pretty good singer... Apparently I'm belty enough to play Sour KAngaroo in Seussical, since that's waht I'm doing now.
<3 singing!! I like acting too, but I'm a better singer..I love musical theatre.
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...
What did she realize, Kitten?
That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs.
What's wrong with that?
Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had...
Where?
On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

Playing clarinet in pit orchestras. I don't plan to professionally pursue this but I could see myself doing it in little regional shows here and there. I played West Side Story last year which was challenging but fun so I think I could play most pit scores. I'm also good at pretending I'm a good singer and dancer, but I suck at both(part of reason why I started in pit.)
Oh, and gettinhep, you may want to read my signature.
"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
Writing, especially academic writing and editing. And baking.
I'm also good at being argumentative and arguing points I don't necessarily agree with just for argument's sake, but I don't do it very often.

Um probably debate and writing (creative and poetry). I'm very opinionated and vocal by nature and I just love to write. I've still got some things to learn about comedic acting but I've been told that I do really well with angry, dramatic scenes. And I'm starting singing lessons tommorow so we shall see about that! So excited!
I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart.
