It was funnier, and trashier, because the blonde wig that "Rocker Wedding Linda" had on was SO clearly a $20 Halloween wig with 5 strips of Hair stitched onto netting with an elasticated edge... and she had restyled it, making no attempt to make it look natural....... you could see the gaping holes in the hair and her dark hair underneath... if she wanted to do that why not get a wig that you COULD do that too?
I SAW THEM!!! My friend and I were walking to Spring Awakening and I glanced into starbucks and literally didn't know what to do with myself. I think we laughed for about 15 mins afterwards. Who knows what they did/said to the cast.
I work at singer too I don't find anything wrong with these girls. They looked fantastic, caused no harm just great energy in the audience and were so excited to be there. They are young. At least they are spending their time in a valuable way rather than doing drugs or underage drinking..etc. If it makes them happy, who are we do laugh at them on a public forum? I don't get people who dress up in costume to go to a show. Why? What is the point?
"You just can't win. Ever. Look at the bright side, at least you are not stuck in First Wives Club: The Musical. That would really suck. "

BG2- Are you sure it wasn't you and Mistress? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
No it's not the same. There is a proper way to act when in a theatre and dressing up as the characters is not one of those ways. I mean sometimes people don't think it's right to wear jeans to the theatre, why should costumes be okay?

What about the fan who walked on the stage to give Tina flowers? After he was ejected from the theatre, Tina went to find him to apologize and hug him. That's our Tina...fearless!

Rath is right - has no one ever heard of Rocky Horror?
The show's closing in a few weeks. Let them have their fun. They're not causing any trouble or following the actors to their apartments (hopefully) - let them be.
why are we debating this? It's not like these girls are 50. They are between 13-16. There was one girl who could not have been older than 13. They will grow out of it believe me. You can have your opinion but, as long as they don't distract the show while it's going on, who cares? I've seen beautifully dressed adults who come in to the theatre drunk as skunks or have ringing cell phones.. now that is scary.
For the last show everyone should wear a blonde wig for Tina. Tina Maddigan fans unite!
