Having never heard of JoJo prior to this, I have to say she sounds pretty damn good---certainly as good as Natalie Mendoza did. Ie this is one of those stunt casts that isnt a stunt at all...

They are consistently bringing in over $1M a week. They seem ok for now even after Jojo leaves IMHO

It seems to do well with the tourist crowd, so I doubt it, especially since they have tickets on sale through the fall and announced a special sing-a-long performance in August.

Thankfully, the show is the star here, "star casting" is just a fun add-on here and there. I just hope they don't become too reliant on it.

If they have, they have not made this publicly known. They look to be trending to break $200M by early /mid-August. So one would think they have or if not, are close to doing so.
Will be curious to see who is announced as the new leads. I think this show has a few more years left in its tank,
Side note. I actually just saw the tour this week as part of my local Broadway series. Despite the normal limitations that come with a touring set, it's still one of the most impressive sets I've seen.

They spent around 5 months with over 2m+ weekly, and being doing very good biz since opening, they must have recouped.

My understanding is that JoJo has been out more than she's been in... 3 months seems like a short run but I agree that the show is the star here thus far.

Her attendance has been great, actually. All but one of the shows she has missed were scheduled absences that she previously announced on her Instagram. She even did one performance where she wasn’t scheduled to be on due to her covers being sick.

Courtney Reed will depart the national tour on July 16 and start performances as Satine on Broadway August 1.
