Yes, four MORE actors out of work after the Broadway massacre that was January. Not to mention the countless hours lost creating, directing, rehearsing, and making this musical. So that number can't really be quantified.
Hours creating and rehearsing are never lost. It's all part of the process.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
WAY uncalled for, nexttoelectric. Seriously. It's a damn shame a show like this can't last. Apparently, it's just 'too big a chance' to put-out for a show with passion, with heart, with love, with warmth. It's not about death, it's about embracing who and what you have around you, making due, sharing as many laughs, as many smiles, and as much GOODNESS as you possibly can with the time you're given on this realm. For yourself (and) others. I hope this one finds life beyond tomorrow's matinee. It deserves it.
Heo, I was there tonight and the orchestra was completely full save a few seats towards the back. I also enjoyed the show quite a lot. If you're able to go tomorrow, which sadly is your last chance, I would. I'm glad I spontaneously got a student rush ticket tonight, I had a great time.

Are you referring to The Story of My Life, In My Life, or Steele Magnolias?
