Raise a glass to Broadway’s latest play revival.

The third Main Stem mounting of Noël Coward’s “uncorked” comedy of manners Fallen Angels — and the first since 1956 — starts up its antics tomorrow (March 27). The company is led by Rose Byrne and Kelli O’Hara as Jane Banbury and Julia Sterroll; joining them are Tracee Chimo, Mark Consuelos, Christopher Fitzgerald, and Aasif Mandvi. Fallen Angels is slated for an April 19 official opening at the newly renovated Todd Haimes Theatre for a run through June 7; Scott Ellis directs.

“Two upper-class wives, their husbands away from the day, share a few toasts to their pre-marital dalliances — with the same man, who just may be en route from France to visit. Old rivalries and past scandals bubble to the surface in this intoxicating romp from one of theatre’s comedy masters.”

Considering the cast, it's surprising how this has flown under the radar and had very little in the way of promotion or media.

Eager to hear how the early buzz is. I don't know this play in the least bit - but damn do I love me some Rose Byrne. And the fact that it is, as of now, being billed as 90 min is rather appealing.

I thought it was amazing.

Some minor tech/set issues in the beginning but it all blended well with the zaniness of the play. Very very strong cast. When Christopher Fitzgerald comes the closest to being a weak link you know it's a great ensemble. Kelli aced it throughout and even when she cracked she did it expertly. I couldn't make out what Rose Byrne was saying in the beginning but once I got used to her accent I fell in love with her character, she truly is amazing. Tracee Chimo is a total scene stealer and I didn't know she could sing?!?!? Give her the Tony!

I was expecting more of the costumes, they were alright. I see that this is Scott Ellis / David Rockwell, the set and direction did remind of She Loves Me.

I hope this one is not overlooked because it's a comedy!

The Scott Ellis/David Rockwell threepeat of immaculately directed and designed period comedies — You Can’t Take It With You, On the 20th Century, and She Loves Me — still live in my brain 10+ years later, so I am looking forward to this and hoping for another winner.

It's the Roundabout shows only, I think? The others usually go for $20-25.

Saw the first preview and LOVED it! Kelli and Rose are such a dynamic duo and had me laughing the full 90 minutes! The physical comedy mixed with the perfect delivery of each line had me in stitches! And agree that Tracee Chimo was hilarious!!! When Mark Consuelos arrives, they have set it up where he has the audience eating out of his hand! Kelli delivers one of the best lines in response to Mark and I died! Loved the set and direction! Hopefully this doesn’t get overlooked this award season. Had the BEST time!

I hope Kelli and Rose would! Possibly Tracee as well. Mark’s role is too small to be nominated.

This was a lot of fun. Who knew that Kelli O’ Hara could be so good at physical comedy (I knew Rose Byrne could)? Tracee Chimo is terrific as well as a name dropping maid. A bit of a throwback, though the play itself has an interesting history about depicting female pre-marital sex.
