Definitely not, though I don't know what WAS the last show with a single name as producer in both function and billing.
But also, Mike Nichols got to be the sole name above the title because he was Mike Nichols, not because he was the sole producer. The other producers (lower on the title page in two different locations) were Irwin Meyer, Stephen Friedman, Lew Allen, Alvin Nederlander Associates, the Kennedy Center, and Icarus Productions (Nichols' entity), in association with Peter Crane.
