The actress from The Morning Show and Past Lives was just interviewed on the Emmy red carpet and the interviewer asked her if the stage is next. She got flustered and said, “actually, yes. Only 3 people know, but yes.” Wonder what it is.

As someone who has very specific group ticket needs, I hate when regular tickets go on sale before group ones. Annoying already.

Happy for Pasek and Paul, but Shaiman should have one. The song was great.

Was wondering if anyone had any info or heard any rumors. It’s opening this fall, and this seems to be one that nobody’s said a word about.

They’re ending their runs soon. Surprises nobody knew has been announced. Maybe they’re having a hard time finding people.

Robyn Hurder is definitely cast. She’s posted about it multiple times. 

It is a beautiful article. It feels a little self-serving that it’s coming out during Emmy voting, but maybe, like he says, he needed this time to mourn. Maybe there won’t ever be a right time, but sometimes you have to just put the pen to the paper and get it all out. Very sad to lose someone that young.

I agree that the video didn’t instill confidence. Feels stale. From Brooks’ over-the-top flamboyance to Hurder’s maybe-stronger-dance-wise-but-not-vocally Ivy, I don’t know. As I said, I’ll go because I’ve been waiting for it, but this isn’t making me think others will feel the same way.

Obviously this is still Smash, but what is the new approach to “the creation of Bombshell”? Who are these characters? Are we getting all the songs if Let’s Be Bad was already in Some Like It Hot? Been waiting for this one for a long time, but what I’ve heard sounds like things that’ve all been done a thousand times.

He’d get me more excited. Herbie is a thankless role, but Norbert would give it more gravitas. Hope the rumor is right! Any other casting info?

Anyone know when the current leads are there until? And it’s currently only selling tickets through January. Do we think it’ll extend again?
