Odd thread to bring back up.

 

Anyways, at least Broadway performers still get COVID leave. My job and most others don't. I've had employees show up having COVID and just wearing a mask because they're out of paid time off. It's very rare to see anyone wearing a mask anymore. Theater, sporting events, concerts, large gatherings, etc... it's simply something we have to live with.

She was actually out all weekend and missed 5 shows. I believe she was back last night. Not a good start.

Another extension after this probably falls in Cole taking a hiatus. I'd have to assume they'll do whatever they can to stunt cast the role to keep it running. And then bring back Cole in the Spring.

I'd assume Tuesday and Wednesday at least. Protocols are just 5 days quarantine. This also comes with the possibility that LuPone keeps testing negative as well. If anything, and Halstead is able to go on, we might get the actual u/s instead of Mason.

Neither McKechnie or Larry Kert are "names". Broadway names, yes, but they wouldn't limit audience members from asking for a refund.

It would be insane to think any production would get "names" as a standby.

So someone on Reddit has confirmed Marsha Mason is going on as Sharon. Someone else also reported Halstead also has COVID, hence why both shows got cancelled yesterday instead of having Halstead going on.

Haven't heard. Only reason they'd do this is if Patti has symptoms but is testing negative.
