And if you actually read what I wrote, I said he’s gorgeous and has a fantastic voice. I’m not dissing him at all. I just thought his performance in Moulin was bad, very bad - vocals aside. And makes me sad that we are going to reward that performance with a Tony. It’s not on the level of past winners. And of course I’ve seen his major Broadway roles, I see everything and loved Next to Normal. Catch Me If You Can was a no for me, but don’t really remember his performance just that the show didn’t work.
And he’s fine in Schmigadoon! He doesn’t really give me “bad boy” but it sorta works for what the show is.
But by all means keep bringing up past comments. Thanks for being a fan!

He’s attractive, but not my type doesn’t do anything for me.
Great voice.
I haven’t seen Moulin Rouge - wanted to see on my birthday but shutdown messed that up past two birthdays.
I found his Link in Hairpray and Fiyero and the same with Gossip Girl. Ok but not memorable.
I will say I didn’t want to see but my now ex wanted to see catch me if you can. We saw it the day they announced closing. I really loved the show and he was great.
