Hope everyone is healthy and hanging in there okay.  I am wondering if anyone knows what platform is being used to produce these livestreams - Lips Together, Teeth Apart, Rosie's Actor's Fund benefit show, Stars in the House, etc?  I've got some sad students with a canceled show and am trying to figure out (with permission from licensing company of course) how we might produce something for their friends, parents and grandparents to watch.  People seem to be calling in via skype or zoom, but I feel like there must be a streaming platform or something that's bringing it all together and making it work. Thanks in advance!

Stars in the House uses Streamyard.

So does Broadway Jackbox.  The one thing I've noticed is that it's hard to do singing performances on something like Streamyard, especially if the singer is in a different place than the accompanist.  If you're looking to do that type of video, it might be better to pre-tape everyone's parts in their own houses and then put it together through iMovie - the Assassins promo video from Ethan Slater is a good example, as is the recent Hamilton reunion.

You should look into JamKazam, it sounds like it would suit your needs quite well.
