If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
As someone who is old enough to have actually done the frug (and the watusi!) in the 60's, it's a graceless, jerking-movement dance. Good aerobic activity, though. I'm embarrassed when I look at it now.
Hmmm I was there too in the basement parties, God forbid if any ancient "huge" video's every emerge from that era, we will all be put to shame!. I can ONLY same that was was before shaped the way of things today on the dance floor!. So there, thats my two cents worth!. But it was a hell of a lot of GREAT pure clean fun back then!.

"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
I may be wrong ( I didn't see the link), but isn't it Frugue?
*edit* Just checked. Hmmm, Guess I've been calling it Frugue all these years. It sounds better than "Frug"
"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive.
"Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot."
"No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one."
Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.
SamIAm- Will you teach me the Peppermint Twist or do I have to call Jerry Mitchell?

If it's pronounced "Froog", then it should be "Frugue"...I'll have to do a check...
*Just did a check online and it looks like I'm not the only one who spells it "Frugue"
Guess it could be spelled either or...

Not to be confused with "fugue," which is a psychiatric, amnesia-like disorder during which a person my change identities and move locations without being fully aware of their behavior. But sometimes that happens to you when you're really involved with doing the Frug.
"Do you know ChrisLovesShows?" "Yes. Why, yes he does!"
