She's adorable! I've never known much of her, but I've always respected her work. The genuine warmth that I felt from her in this video is enough to make me want to go see Cinderella. In fact, I will.
Does anyone else think the buzz is shifting towards to Osnes? Who ever the publicist is for Cinderella deserves a raise. The cast and Laura herself are everywhere and on everything.
yes ucjrdude902, I'm noticing it too. I haven't seen Cinderella, and I'm really routing for Patina, but every day I'm a little less sure about who will win.

She is, believe me. I talked to someone from Tumblr who worked with her before You're the One that I Want...(and she sent me a photo of her and Laura), and she says that Laura is the NICEST, DOWN-TO-EARTH woman! And thank goodness!
Laura Osnes is amazing, and Cinderella is not to be missed! I went to see the show with high expectations, and it was exactly like I imagined: beautiful, fantastic and magical! It seems like most are thinking the competition is between Laura and Patina Miller for best actress. I have not seen Patina in Pippin yet (I want to see that show so much!), so I would not be able to comment on who should win (and I'm sure they are both wonderful). But I adore Laura and would be very happy for her if she takes the Tony this year!

I agree. I loved both the show and Laura when I saw it a few weeks ago. She brought so much heart and depth to the role of Cinderella and her voice was lovely.
Oh yes, I can absolutely vouch for Laura being THE nicest, sweetest person. I've met her a few times and she was nothing less than wonderful. Must be that Minnesota nice factor ;--) Also, she actually sent me a thank you card awhile back. I just adore her and soak up everything she does---her solo CD from the Cafe Carlyle is well worth the money as well. Here's hoping she wins the Tony on Sunday, as she deserves it so much!!!!! Can't wait to watch.
