"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH!

Despite the overwhelming number of god-awful songs in "Carrie," I think "And Eve Was Weak" and "Evening Prayers" are two of the most amazingly powerful, terrifying (the former) and beautiful (the latter) numbers to ever be sung.

I agree with I Still Believe - one of the more overlooked songs from the Miss Saigon score IMO
Also 'Live with Somebody you Love' and 'If you still love me' from the revamped Martin Guerre (although the latter was unaccountably missing from the 1999 cast album) Lily's Eyes - The Secret Garden Not a Day goes by - Merrily we Roll Along A Woman's Hands - La Cava Past the POint of no Return - Phantom Our Children - Ragtime
Also the 'Journey On' trio from Ragtime - I know it doesn't count as a duet, but I love it (although is it me, or does sound rather like Four Black Dragons from Pacific Overtures?)
Make Believe from ShowBoat You Are Love from ShowBoat Look For The Silver Lining from ShowBoat Deep IN My Heart from Student Prince Where Or When from Babes In Arms I Wish I were IN Love Again from Babes In Arms All At Once from Babes In Arms Why Can't I from Spring Is Here I've Got 5 Dollars from America's Sweetheart And Love Was Born from Music In The Air You're The Top from Anything Goes All Through the Night frrom Anything Goes Spring Is Here from I Married An Angel This Can't Be Love from Boys From Syracuse I Didn't Know What Time It Was from Too Many Girls

Every movement has a meaning--but what the hell does it mean!
So my dear you think you can get to Broadway. Well, let me tell you something. Broadway has no room for people like you. Not the Broadway I know. My Broadway takes people like you and eats them up and spits them out. My Broadway is the Broadway of Merman, and Martin, and Fontaine, and if you think you can build yourself up by knocking other people down... ...GOOD LUCK... Seinfeld
