I feel like it’s foolish considering the Christmas/holiday motifs of the show and how it would be good during the holiday season, but I guess it’s out of cash. Solid run though.

Perhaps they’re hopeful a closing announcement will cause an uptick of ticket sales that could extend it through the end of the year? It does seem strange to close it before Christmas/NY, but maybe it’s part of the plot. Caught it for a second time last weekend and enjoyed it more than my first time.

This makes me sad, but all good things must come to an end, I guess. I’ve seen this twice and will catch it again before it goes. Though he’s earned a break after playing Dougal for a few years now, I do hope we see Sam back here in something soon. He’s terrifically talented, and I loved watching him on stage. Maybe give him a swing at Forum?

This show was my favorite new musical in a very long time. Two brilliant powerhouses, incredibly creative set, and a story so very human and heartbreaking. Congratulations to all involved and I'm sure the tour will be wildly successful. Thank you and Bravo!

The set was gray and in one scene when it’s made to look like they’re on the subway, it looked like they were sitting on toilets.
