THEATER CAMP review round up — Page 2

This opens today in Vancouver in one theatre Downtown, a couple blocks from my work. I debated going after work, but just took the train home instead. For the show starting now, the Cineplex app shows they have sold 7 seats. The evening show has sold 15, and the late show zero.

I think Barbie has taken the wind out of the sails for almost everything else that might appeal to the same demographic.

I will still try to see this, maybe Sunday.

Late to the game here. I just didn't get around to watching this. YouTube had it onsale for $3.99 a few weeks back so I bought it to have and watch when I could.

Loved it. Just wonderful performances from top to bottom. And it doesn't really always go where you think it will but, kinda does in it's really offbeat but real and honest way. You don't have to have gone to a theater Camp to relate.(I was chosen to go to Society Hill Playhouse to study in my senior year of high school) If you were into theater in school and did shows, it will still bring back memories and has a wonderful message about life. And yes, I had tears streaming down my face near the end.

If you haven't watched it and you were into theater as a kid, it's a must watch. JMO
