Paul Soileau just posted that he will be the Sunday Frank through August (8/2, 8/9, 8/16) and will be covering 8/18, before becoming the temporary replacement Frank from 8/25 to 9/10.

Luke Evans’ final performance will be 8/23.

It’s been long established that advance sales aren’t really a good indicator of anything these days as people tend to buy close to the show date.

It’s still been selling like crazy even with casting changes being sudden…like George Salazar also dropping as Eddie/Dr. Scott

So as of August 25th - the cast will be:

Frank: Paul Soileau (to 9/10)/Jake Shears (from 9/11)

Narrator: Rachel Dratch

Brad: Kevin McHale

Janet: Lorna Courtney

Riff Raff: Amber Gray

Magenta: Sherie Rene Scott

Columbia: Valentina

Rocky: Jimin Moon

Eddie/Dr. Scott: George Salazar

That would be Josh Rivera, who I think was a terrific Rocky. Both he and Harvey as Eddie/Dr. Scott were definate highpoints of this production for me, along with Luke. Plus their social media content is absolutely HYSTERICAL.

Josh is a good Rocky and sings it well (despite costume). Harvey was not great for me or our group. Salazar will be better. Luke will be missed. However, Paul is excellent as Frank - easily on par with Luke but with less height and muscle. The new castings are better singers. Now if they can get the ensemble members in the same musical this will improve.

George is at least a good singer. Harvey, while improved, could never get away with calling himself a singer - it was moreso shouting to rhythm.
