There are really no musicals at the moment, I've seen a heckova lot of plays lately, though. Haha!
Lessee, as far as MUST-SEE (AGAIN) shows go...
ROCK 'n' ROLL so I can actually attempt to process what the hell I witnessed unfold the first glorious time around, and patch-up holes I seemingly missed the other night. Aaaannnnd, IS HE DEAD? a truly, truly, truly special piece of theatre, and yeah, Norbs is my idol, so I'm biased. Hahaha! Oh, and of course, CYRANO de BERGERAC , but we'll have the DVD (thank you a billion times over PBS)!
In all honesty, I can't think of a show that I MUST see again, but if I had my pick, I'd see Xanadu, Beauty and the Beast (I know it closed, but I do like that show for some reason!), Thoroughly Modern Millie (know that closed too, but I can dream), Spring Awakening, and Curtains.

I know this is probably referring to 'currently' playing, but when I was in NYC back in June, the weekend 'Company' was to close, I saw the last Saturday matinee, and simply knew I had to go back and see the show again, so I surrendered my ticket to 'Mary Poppins' for that evening, and went to TKTS and snatched up another ticket for the evening show.

Several years ago, I was on my annual trip to NYC to take in shows and saw "Fosse" I was so incredibly taken with it, that I forced the friend I was there with (he saw a different show that night) to go back the next night. It was incredible. Even saw the tour that next year. I was amazed at how moved I was by the recreation of the late-great Bob Fosse's work!
