if this were to happen though, obviously i would see it, but i would be ashamed at how they've made this production of such a great musical into such a mockery.
I actually think it is a very unusual, but great idea. the whole show is about breaking from tradition. What could follow more in the spirit of the show than to cast a very ornery irish american woman and a gay-as-the-day-is-long man as the patriarch of a jewish family!

uhhh kristin chenoweth as tevye with harvey as golde uhh scary but i would see it because kristin is in it.....but that would be kinda scary imagine kristin with a beard.......uhh hmmm
