just saw a picture of her and she just seems to have aged more than the rest of them

Posted: 4/9/05 at 12:14amI wouldnt say plastic, but definately not 19. Plus, a Hollywood-Mimi needs to be drop-dead gorgeous, a requirement Rosario Dawson fits completely (I'm not saying Daphne isn't a beautiful woman, because she is, just not young enough).

I saw a picture of Daphne with her new baby and she doesn't look that old! I think she still looks gorgeous, but that's me.
By the way I wonder why everyone is so concerned about Daphne not being in the movie, but they don't care as much that Fredi isn't in the movie...

As it happens, I just came across an article about the RENT fifth anniversary OBC reunion, in which Anthony Rapp had this to say:
"Daphne was the first to go, and it was one of the most devastating experiences of my life. I think, of most of our lives. She was such a vital member of the cast, such an important spirit.
Mimi is the female lead of the show, but it was beyond [Daphne’s] contribution onstage. "

Yeah really, I'm hearing all this talk about Daphne and Rosario and while I think they are both amazingly talented women, it's a bit odd that no one seems interested in Fredi or Traci who are also both very gifted actresses. I've haven't heard anything about Traci and how she's doing as Joanne.
I saw some recent pics of Daphne too and to me, she still looks great but she doesn't look 19 anymore.
I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart.

I didn't like Rosario Dawson too much in Alexander. I didnt think her horrible, but it's hard for me to picture her as Mimi. But if she got the role, I'm sure she'll be good
p.s. I'm still not over my Fredi-not-being-in-the-movie deal. But there are just some things coffee wont cure
