Nic Rouleau is joining the cast as a swing tonight since Brandon Contreras is now out injured and Robert Ariza remains out. Presumably Sam Hartley will be assuming Charles full time for now.

Julia Knitel posted on Instagram that she's back tonight.

Also, longtime Mormon cast member Nic Rouleau has joined the company as a standby for Charles and Hester.

it's insane that this show needs multiple covers. But they've never cancelled a show.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

am I correct that 3/5 out of the five leads have been out on extended injury leave in the past few months? Surprised theyve only now added one additional cover.

And a shame that the new principal five have not had a chance to really settle into a groove together the way the original cast so fantastically did.

edited to add it looks like Nic went on tonight, good for him for jumping right in.

So I was there tonight. Nic Rouleau was good, especially for his first show. He’s a very strong singer and hopefully he’ll get more comfortable with the accent. I’m a little biased having seen the OBC but the cast as a whole were still good and the accents were better than anticipated. Most shocking thing was learning my boyfriend doesn’t like musicals ( it was the first one I had taken him too) so that might be a problem….
