"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

Well that's when you know it's back..... there's no real pomp and circumstance, just everyone going back to posting incessantly about their show of the moment.

Or were there 3,000 threads about the strike being over last night and they all got deleted? I was at pool league when I found out but didn't get home till after midnight.

And, as per anyone's interest, that thing I posted on this thread came from the musical "OF THEE I SING" by the Gershwin brothers.

I was running errands in the theatre district this afternoon, and several theatres had actors and stagehands and others hugging outside. Box office people were smiling very wide, it was such a cute sight to see.

"The strike ended because they finally agreed to let Stagefan and I mop the stage for no pay and give us each a nice comfy spot to live in the orchestra pit."

YES!! re: re: No, all you over-eager ones. NOW it's over.

But we must insist on new mop-heads, not the 16oz., you can tear a rotator cup slinging those things. Something in the nature of a 12oz. Uh-oh, I upped the demands. Everybody out of the theatres! re: re: No, all you over-eager ones. NOW it's over.

*ducks for cover really, really, fast*
