I may have an open slot when I go to London next week, is this worth it for me to see?

It’s cool to go just for the history, being the longest running show in the world. Lots of cool things in the theater about the history as well. The show is decent. Certainly not a bad night at the theatre, but also not the best show in the West End.

It's too bad the planned Broadway transfer appears to have died on the vine.
A straightforward, pure genre piece like that where the material is the star (while still being able to support some big name actors if need be) could be exactly what Broadway needs to bring in more normie audiences.

There's Toronto run still scheduled for next February/March (of the UK production). Not sure if this is officially considered their North American/Broadway try-out?

If you don’t want to waste a precious theatre slot, They do a Tuesday matinee.

Loved Mousetrap when I first saw it last year.
Don’t know how it will transfer if it comes here (sort of like Paddington).

That Broadway run was announced in 2022, and since then the play was acquired by Brian Fenty (TodayTix founder) and the prior producer is no longer involved.
Given the new producer/owner and the Canadian production, I wouldn't be surprised if it does come to Broadway at some point, even for just 16 weeks.
