Posted: 4/21/07 at 3:03pmA friend of mine that works for a NYC based producer tells me Cynthia Nixon has signed on for an upcoming Broadway revival of a musical for next season... but he won't tell me what! Any body have an idea? I think she's great.

Posted: 4/21/07 at 3:08pmI heard her sing at The Public Sings! concert last year in what I believe was her professional singing debut (she had just started taking lessons for the first time in her life not long before). All I can say is, unless she's playing Kristine in ACL, they'd better be selling earplugs at the concessions stand.

Wow, Cats is alive and well and living on this board.
She's one of the brightest people around and probably wouldn't put herself out there if she couldn't deliver.
Maybe it's the role of the king in "Once Upon A Mat...." Now you've got me doing it!!!!!!
