It's a madhouse during the first hour when the tickets go on sale. I know someone who was on her computer and her mobile on the side...and a friend on another mobile -LOL!
If you are not lucky to get seats from TICKETMASTER or the TONY website, try ticket brokers ( which I did) or sign up for the VISA Signature promo ( if they have another one this year). Arrghh - a rather pricey evening if you consider the formal clothes needed as well.
