Broadway Grosses: Week Ending 7/19/26 — Page 2

Um, no you didn't. You updated it just a few minutes ago with the actual title in it. What a weird thing to say.

Since only one of those people could actually sing that score, that won't ever happen. Have you been to the show? Anyway, a pro-shot would be wonderful to forever capture how far they've come with the show since the Kiln. I'm not holding my breath, the cast recording is more than enough but I can still wish for it :)

I haven't had any interest in Stranger Things -- the series or the show-- but I'll be in town next Sunday evening and I've seen everything else that has a Sun eve performance, and it is a Stephen Daldry show, after all. Can anyone comment on how it's doing with the new cast? Another option would be:

The Saviors at 7 pm followed by Almost Midnight at Green Room 42 at 9:30

My personal take, and the general consensus amongst people I know, is that STRANGER THINGS is very much an extension of the TV show and isn’t actually well-written as standalone theatre.

If you don’t have any investment in the show or that genre, you’ll find that you’ve spent your money on what is essentially a 2.5 hour assault on your eyes and ears."

Agreed. I watched one season of the show. I saw the play because I was with friends who wanted to and I was intrigued enough by the effects. It was also a Sun night situation for me. I regret going along and spending monet on it. I did not enjoy it one bit.
