BCEFA flea market 2024 collectors unite
 Sep 23 2024, 12:14:16 AM

I wasn't expecting much today. I went around noon. Was surprised that 44th was completely closed off but the tables were only on one side. 45th was chaos with the matinee lines forming. So many people bottlenecked, and then the security at Outsiders got upset when people had to move their stanchions to get by, even those in wheelchairs.

I ended up not getting anything today as I honestly was looking for one thing - The Last Ship glass (it has "f**k the Bishop" on the

It's a solid, entertaining version of the play, although another 30 minutes has been cut from the original text. The story is basically the same. The magic is fine. Strong performances by all, especially Larry Yando as Snape."

When you say 30 minutes cut from the original text? Do you mean from the original  Two Part version? Or from the reduced

No, there's an actual pool of water in the Bway & West End production. I'm also assuming it's not in the touring production.

It's after the scene you share above. Basically, after they make Cedric fly away, they appear in the lake on stage below. Well, Scorpius shows up in the lake and is met by Umbridge.

Later, right before Snape gets caught by the dementor, Scorpius gets back into the lake. And when the timeline is restored, he pops up and then Albus before getting caught by the parents again.

Is October too early for Broadway Cares Windowcards?
 Sep 10 2024, 08:08:56 PM

Fall Buckets started October 20 last year so it might be around the same this year. However, it runs for six weeks so the first couple of weeks, not everyone is participating yet or has anything to offer.

On social and on the website, they seemed to have removed "cast" before "illness" so it might be more backstage and crew members than cast.

Last night (8/8) was Antwayn's final performance as Macavity. According to his Instagram Stories, he got another gig out of state. I'm assuming it's a film or TV gig. Happy trails to him!

I find it fascinating that they canceled both shows saturday and sunday afternoon, somehow managed to perform sunday night when there were many theatre luminaries in the house, and then started canceling shows again.

Yeah, something is a bit....off.

Some performances were canceled for put-ins as they had to make some understudy tracks work that were not originally supposed to be understudy tracks. And

Heh. The grand piano did have a little meta moment during the show that got some laughs. :)

I was also there Sunday night, and overall, I liked it. I do agree on a few points already throw out:
1) I thought the choreography was strong, and the ensemble was really good.
2) I get the majority of th

That was me. I took a hard hat tour back in 2019, when the idea was to make it into a shopping center.

In 2019, I was able to take a tour of the Times Square Theater. These are some photos. Apologies for the blurriness and bad angles on some of them.

I think he'll leave once his current contract is up. He knows that his time is coming up and will hopefully set up a non-cis white man as his predecessor

I think what we’d see is more reviews pointing out how crappy the script is than we’ve seen thus far. Any tour that goes out would still have plenty of special effects, since that’s the production’s only real

The online lottery now has two options - standing and seats. Both options are the same price, $39. Good for them on making that decision so that people can decide which they want.
