i applaud you for taking the initiative to start something in which you believe strongly. i question however if this the best audience to target. this appears to be mostly underage fans of musical theatre with little to no life expereience, limited knowledge of anything that any decent artist would want to sing in a cabaret act. can they even appreciate cabaret [excepting the recent roundabout revival]? consider other ways to solicit ideas is what i would say to you.

no, only the original cast, no, definitely not, only the original off-broadway recording, only the original cast

the crux of the musical, blucat, is that kate does not like to kiss "em."

are they reading the original stage play, or the movie script?

what does this have to do with broadway anyway?

skip everything in that group.
re: Which Broadway Show is Worth the $$?
 Oct 1 2005, 01:00:28 PM
randomly, i would say

drs for the ensemble performances of the original leads--butz, lithgow, scott, jbara, gleason

wiw and piazza for giving musicals back to adults

poto for overall theatricality and stage magic

w = not
q = not
b = not
spam = not
tiny todd = why bother?
odd couple = last years ham salad
charity = the lead can't sing

out of that group, only a chorus line is worth the money.
