wicked 'elphaba' question

im seeing wicked for the fourth time, but as opposed to seeing it on Broadway this time, I'm seeing the touring cast in Boston in April. Previous Elphaba's I've seen (Idina, Shososha, and Eden) have been absolutley fabulous. Thier voices are strong, controlled, and soulful. I have heard many recordings and clips of other Elphaba's such as Kristy Cates and Stephanie Block, and I think that they over-sing the songs sooo much taking away from thier ability to act!!!! The new Elphaba that begins

I'm seeing RENT for the like the eighth time cuz its comin to my college. Any one know anything about the touring cast for the last month or so? Are they just as good as the broadway performers? Does anyone have a link to the list and bios of the actors performing?

Does any one know if the Rent film soundtrack highlights cd that comes out 11/15 is any different than the one that came out at the end of september. Cuz I have that one already and i wanted to know if they were any different.
