I am taking jazzsinging lessons, and i am looking for jazzy musicalsongs. I already had a look at some gerswin songs. But I am looking for more songs.

Posted: 3/6/05 at 2:21pmI've never heard the original version, but isn't Unusual Way from "Nine" pretty jazzy? When Linda Eder sings it, it's really jazzy, and hauntingly beautiful.

Posted: 3/6/05 at 9:55pmI don't know if they sell the arrangment to this or not, but i have heard this killer jazz arrangement of Poor Unforunate Soul from The Little Mermaid. Denise Shapiro sings it on my Alan Menken cd. I would give anything to find it! It's so cool! It has a neat arrangement of One Jump Ahead from Aladdin, and it's very "swingy"
