Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has been to the Spelling Bee stage door in Boston. I'm basically wondering where it is and if it's worth going for those who have gone. Thanks for any help, take care :)
It's definitely worth it, the cast is awesome and most of the time are more than happy to stay and talk and they're all very gracious people.
As for the whereabouts, if you're facing the theatre, it's adjacent to the right (so if you're coming out of the theatre it's on your left), you'll see a gate, and that's it.
Also, there usually aren't a lot of people there so it's very relaxed. Highly recommend it.

I love the cast. They're always more than happy to stop, chat, and sign things.
It's too bad that it's closing, though it did have a pretty good run. The last time I went, however, they closed the mezz and less than half of the orchestra was full.
I tried to go yesterday-I've relied on the lotto in the past but when I got there yesterday they told me I was too late and they were finished taking names because there were already too many and the show was completely sold out-so I'm just going to buy tickets for the final performance. Even if it may be the last week, sales are rocketing.
yellibean, what time did you get there yesterday? I was going to go tomorrow to do lotto and the last time I went we got there at 6:30 and got lotto tickets, no problem. Should we actualyl get there at 5:30 or whenever it is that they're actually supposed to take names?
I would suggest getting there about half an hour before they take names. Yeah, every other time I've done it I've had no problem, but I guess because it's the last week and break, it's filling up. Even so, there's no guarantees.
