Well, Closure is on right now where I live, and I'm watching/taping it right now. *squee* Roger. I saw Surrender Dorothy. It was, like, five seconds of sexy lawyer!Roger. A very good five seconds. He has a bigger part in this episode.
ETA: It's on at 8 and 11 PM EST on the USA channel, if anyone else wants to know.

Roger's part on tonight's episode is so lovely....you don't see him play 'brooding' much...and it's kind of a nice change.
...though I wouldn't trade his flair for the comedic for ANYTHING.
