I also noticed no Limelight Mike this morning. These reviews should prove interesting. And have to say they posted this on their Facebook if these are actual lyrics from the show Yikes!
"Just 'round the corner, not very far / The gospel is hummin', it's comin' by car!"
"I hope your Fanny is bigger than my Peter."
Mary Martin to Ezio Pinza opening night of Fanny.

Since LimelightMike evidently decided not to write this... here is the show info, presented in a manner similar to what he normally would do:
Today marks the official opening night of "Scandalous: The Life and Trials of Aimee Semple McPherson." It launches today following previews that began October 13, 2012, at the Niel Simon Theatre. Starring Carolee Carmello, the show also features Tony-winner George Hearn, Edward Watts and Roz Ryan.
Here's how it's described: Scandalous is the new musical based on the life of Aimee Semple McPherson, the world's first media superstar evangelist, whose passion for saving souls equaled her passion for making headlines. Set in 1920's Los Angeles, holiness collides with Hollywood in the extraordinary tale of one woman's charismatic rise to fame amidst scandalous love affairs and growing controversy, inevitably ending in her much-publicized fall from grace.

""Scandalous" is like a combination of "Leap of Faith," another musical about an evangelist, which flopped last spring, and "Chaplin," also a bland bio musical (Appropriately, Charlie Chaplin makes a cameo in "Scandalous"). ... Carolee Carmello, who has spent the past few years alternating between the tryouts of "Scandalous" and stints in "Mamma Mia!," throws all of her dramatic and vocal intensity into the role, but it is an off-putting, aggressive performance."
