And it depends on what they have. One year I spent around $100, last year I spent $5. Sometimes it's all garbage, and sometimes you can find some great stuff.

Last year I spent about $50-$60. The line to have your poster signed is $20 each time through.

I spent about $150 last year. You can pay by credit card, but not at each individual table. When you decide to buy something with a cc, they write up a receipt, then you have to go to these little credit places that are sporadically set up around. They run your credit card through and then you have to go back to the table with your "proof of payment" and retrieve your item. I find that more trouble than it's worth, though.

I spent over $200.00 on costumes, video tapes and gifts for bdays.. it's all for a good cause really. They have great stuff too. I am really excited for sunday.
I know it's for a good cause... and I am excited for Sunday! I just wanted to make sure, so thank you for all of your answers. I was going to bring cash with me, thank goodness I didn't!

I spent like two dollars last year. But, had I the money, I would have purchased that massive window card from Millie that was the picture of Sutton and Christian. Oh so cute. I wonder who bought that...

I'm getting there about 10:30. last year I spend about 100 dollars on stuff. It makes it so hard when I know the money goes to charity. I just hand over money left and right. last year I really wanted the doors from the St. James but I thought I would have a difficult time getting them home on the train, so no doors for me. This year I am determined to get something like the doors, so I'm not kicking myself like last year.
Well, early in the day you can get the "first" rush of good stuff -- but I know people who insist that there's also really cool stuff in the last hour or two. I think I'm going to go down early (10ish)to make a first round, go see Raúl do the autograph thing at 11, go home and then come back in the afternoon for the "late shift" and the Katrina benefit concert. Yay for having a plan.
Last year I ended up with a harem of ridiculous objects -- things I've no use for, but they were really kind of cool. Then you toss in the "it's for a good cause!" factor and I'm just like "okay, here's money!"
The various signed pictures you can buy at the tables can cost anywhere from $5 up, depending on who signed them and who is selling them. You can get your picture taken with your favorite stars if you go to the photo booth by the celebrity table - those cost $10 or $20 each, I think...it's been a few years since I've done it, it depended on whether you used your own camera or their Polaroid.
The TKTS booth has a drawing, you can win theater tickets there, Broadway and off-Broadway. You pay for the number of chances.
can I go in without doing the celebrity table and paying the $20? Like if I wanted to do what emcee said, go in early for the "first rush" and then go back for the later shift to do the celebrity table. would that be just the $20 bucks for the table the second time around? hope that made sense...

Yeah, last year I didn't do the celebrity table at all, but this year, with Raul there I'm so waiting in that line. Raúl Esparza. That's my kind of celebrity.
