"I Read" - Passion.
But really, if you take "Everything's Coming up Roses" out of context and look it as a genuine hopeful song, it could be uplifting?
Or the Sound of Music etc.
or Light from N2N?

Idk, there are probably uplifting songs in every 0.8 musicals because the nature of theatre etc..

"Wig In A Box" from Hedwig is uplifting in an eccentric way if you listen to the lyrics. It makes me happy.
"I'm A Brass Band" from Sweet Charity.
"The sexual energy between the mother and son really concerns me!"-random woman behind me at Next to Normal
