One other small, very minor disappointment. In "How I Saved Roosevelt", at the very end...right before he is electrocuted, Guiseppe Z sings "no right, no left, no anything....and soon, NO ZANGARA..." That line is barely audible on the new CD, which is a shame...it always grabbed my attention on the original.

I'm just going to wait for mine to come from Amazon because I'm lazy. I'm a bit disappointed they didn't include the entire Booth-Oswald scene, but I'll get over it. When I saw Assassins, it was one of the best theater experiences I've had, and I'm glad that it was able to be preserved.
Funny thing about Unworthy of Your Love- I always liked that song on the original recording, but in no way does it indicate how Squeaky ends it. That startled the hell out of me when I saw it in the theater, especially because I was looking through binoculars.
I just got my "Assassins" CD this past weekend as well and I was pleasantly surprised. It's wonderful and it came so quickly - it usually takes things a LOOONG time to be shipped out here to Hawaii. :P
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."
