The sets were a little scaled down, but remained quite loyal to the Broadway version. There were built in speaker stacks on the sides of the stage and the backdrop was slightly different. (Just the sun, no grass, etc.) The truck was also facing the opposite way. (Spoiler Alert?) When Claude "disappears" at the end he simply runs under the structure on the truck. (There is obviously no trap door. Also the flag that Claude lays on at the end of the show is raised up a little bit. At first I didn't know why, but I then realized that the stage had no rake like the Broadway stage did.
