Ugh I can't stand the Into The Woods London Recording. The Broadway one is just so much better, in my opinion. I do really like Les Mis OLC, and there are differences on it, like the ending of Stars and Gavroche's song, etc.
Another vote for the 2006 SITPWG, I absolutely love it. The new Evita is nice, as the orginal London Concept Evita.
I dissagree with whoever said A Little Night Music- the London one is awful! The OBC if your best bet there. Also stay away from the London Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well ect.
I really love Dana Rowe and John Dempsey, so The Fixx and Witches of Eastwick are musts...both very good scores.
Metropolis Moby Dick
and...if ANYONE knows where I might find Promises, Promises w/ Buckley...well...marriage is not out of the question!
"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."
The Fix The Witches Of Eastwick Metropolis Isabels A Jezebel - Galt Mac Dermott The Four Muskateers The Good Old Bad Old Days - Score by & Starring Anthony Newley The Beautiful Game Rage Of The Heart Charlie Girl
The UK of Promises Promises is excellent though I think its rarity has made people thinka bit too highly of it--the music cues arecorded are exactly the same as the Broadway with nearly the same exact tempi an the actual performances very similar.
Doodle feel free to pm me though and I may be able to help you out
I know most people on this Board would disagree with me but I would recommend the London cast recording of FOLLIES. The London FOLLIES is the only production of the show that I have seen, in 1987 I believe, and I loved it.
