I haven't bought the cd just yet, but i hear there are several new remixes thrown in - no brand new material though.

Yeah, I hear she's not making any money from this hits cd either, however i believe she mentioned in a recent chat session on her website that a new record deal is indeed being negotiated.

Yes - the sales for Deborah's last studio album were less than stellar, however this was due to the fact that she had a baby and wasn't able to promote it (funny - this is also what happended with Toni Braxton's last studio release).
As for her AIDA pay - she extended her contract, so the pay couldn't be all that bad.

Also, a friend of mine gave me coupons to see AIDA and some other ones. On the top it says "show this to at the box office before you buy your tickets" is that only if you buy it there? To save do you have to buy in person? Do you need a coupon per ticket or per purchase? I never used these so I'm not sure how they work. Thanks!

My worst fear standing up to applaud a performance is that I'll fall over on the person seated in front me or that the person seated behind me will sneeze all over the back of me. That has got to be the most cramped seating arrangement anywhere.

I agree. The Palace is due for a make over. One other bad thing about their upper levesl is that if you are tall your knees hit the back of the seat in front of you. making it unpleasant for you and the person in front of you.

If they're not going to sell orchestra seating, I'll just pray that the show sells out and i'll purchase the standing-room tickets....much better than the upper mezzanine.
