Well these are the Shubert houses that I predict could or know will be open in spring: Bernard B. Jacobs Longacre Belasco Ethel Barrymore (depending on how long Curious runs, though it will probably still be taken) Music Box Also the Ambassador might be open if Chicago decides to close after it breaks the record, where The Visit played the first time it was on Broadway.
If business doesn't improve for Cabaret and they decide not to extend again after March 29, would it be possible for the Visit to swoop into Studio 54?
I'm not convinced Dames will make it this season. We'll see. Gigi is a big question mark as well. (There are a lot of plays coming-Charles III is rumored to be coming this spring.)
Has anybody considered that it may go in to the Little Shubert off-Broadway? From what I can tell, it's a pretty small show and might work in that theatre.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
