This one seems pretty recent... I've never seen it before!
My favorite question:
Q: What's up next for Stephanie J. Block?
SB: I don't know what's next for me. I signed a year contract with the WICKED tour and for a stage actor, that's a long term engagement. I have some interesting projects that I'm a part of. One is Bite! It's a fantastic take on the story of Adam and Eve! It's really wonderful! But nothing is definite...no contracts are signed. And unless it's on paper...I don't believe it!

In the interview for Chicago when she explains how she defies gravity, she was completely adorable, and I like the way she explains the character of Fanny Brice in this interview, she really gets the psychological aspects of her characters. I like how she compares Elphaba to Fanny Brice, I had never thought of that, and I'm excited now because if she signed a year contract with Wicked, then it means she's coming to FL with the show. Very nice! She seems really sweet. I ahven't actually seen her live in anything, but she's got a killer voice. i really liked her answer for this one (and I totally agree):
Q: What is your dream role?
SB: My dream role would be to be myself. To be performing at the Hollywood Bowl and to have an audience there just to see me, as Stephanie. They are there because they like what I do as a singer, an artist and a person (the last being the most important). I enjoy escaping and portraying other characters, but to be accepted and wanted as yourself... that's amazing!
