My daughter and I are going tomorrow night. Her 3rd time seeing Adam in the role and my first. Hopefully the show will go on.

I'm so impatient. I mean, I'm sure no one's going to run home to post on broadwayworld, so we may have to wait until tomorrow. re: Adam's back!!!

Well, tommorow's only three minutes away, so that's alright. :)

Yeah, somebody probably won't get around to posting until much later.

Yay for Adam! Thanks. Also, do you know if there will be any pictures or articles from tonight? Or maybe it's not a big deal to most people like it is for us.

YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!

Did he *really* crack the infamous "will forget?" When I finally do see him, it will be almost four years since the last time I saw him as Radames. After a wait like that, he'd best not crack.

I'm really happy to hear that he was so well-recieved. I mean, I know that people love him, and that he'd be fantastic, but I'm glad to finally hear it... and I'm also thrilled that *he* seems happy to be back. I've definitely seen him acknowledge the audience before, though. At Cabaret, Wicked_Elphie and I cheered for him and he bowed, pointed over at us and gave us this HUGE, beautiful smile.

Well, yay Adam!!!

I'd like to hear any and all reviews or stagedoor stories... Anyone wanna make this the official Adam-in-Aida-worship thread? :)

I guess we'll just have to accept that he NEVER hits "will forget," except on the CD. But he's wonderful, so it's ok!

And I'm all for worshipping Adam. God knows I've done enough "oogling" over Raul these days, so let's shift gears, shall we?

And I wanna hear stagedoor stories, too! I'm willing to bet the man was mobbed by psychotic Adam fans, though.

I really need to see him. I'll be in the city on Wednesday, so maybe I'll at least try to swing by the stage door and say hello if timing works out (though you all know that words won't actually leave my mouth. I'll just go mute and stare).

He does have that affect on people, doesn't he? :)

This isn't Aida related, but I was just wondering, what's Adam's natural hair color? It was blonde in Rent, brownish in Aida, and it seems different in every picture. It's a weird question, but I'm curious.

Don't post here much, but try to read here as frequently as I can. Guess it just takes talk of Adam for me to crawl out of my hole. I'm going Saturday night. Can't wait! Regarding the "crack". I don't understand why he just doesn't bring it down a notch. If he did that, he wouldn't crack. I've seen the show a few times in the first year and a half when he didn't. The line was flawless. I just don't get it. Someone mentioned he wouldn't be in July 24. Do you guys know of any other dates he won't be there? I'd like to try and get back again before it closes.

NativeNewYorker, he sure does have that affect on people! Look, he brought bdwaygirl out of her hole!!

insomniak, I will surely stare extra long for you. Soon he'll know me as this short brunette who can't utter any words in his presence. I can't ever speak to him... I feel guilty, but I just go mute. It's awful.... I need to work on fixing that.

Regarding the note-cracking... I guess he doesn't take it down because he's Adam Pascal and he CAN do it. I mean, his vocal range allows for it, so why not go for it, I guess. I believe he hit it when I saw him last (but that was three years ago). I don't remember cringing, so I assume he hit it.

And the hair color... I *think* (this could be totally wrong) it's actually naturally brown, but not too dark. There are some pictures of him that are two or three years old with his hair all grown out and it's dark brown. It just looked to me like that was pretty natural. It was bleached blonde for Rent, black for Cabaret and has been its share of shades of dirty blonde in between. It's blonde again now, yes?

Ok, enough talk about Adam. I'm getting jealous just talking about him!

luvtheEmcee - About the stage door. Talk to him! He won't bite. Though, I'm sure you wouldn't mind if he did! He's really a sweet guy. Even if it's just "hi, how are you?". I understand, though. I was nervous the first time I met him, too. Saturday will be a fun day for me, The Normal Heart in the afternoon and AIDA at night.

Luvtheemcee I love you! You are so right about Adam. He is the sweetest, most talented, good looking person EVER!
I'll tell you all about it later.

But adam was incrediable last night! I'm so happy I got tickets for his opening night. I never saw him live before. I had seats 6th row from the stage and I just wanted to stretch my hand out and touch him. Haha I got to do that after when I met him!!! hehe! His voice was amazing and his acting beyond words! Oh and as undiscovered said he got a nice round of applause when he walked out! OMG it was an amazing night.

Haha and yes his voice cracked on the famous "will forget"!!
Adam and Saycon were the cutest Aida and Radames I ever saw!

Everyone was so good though last night. It was great!
I must see Adam again! Luvtheemcee i think I'm addicted!

Well, now that my heart is broken about The Normal Heart, I'll talk about Adam in hopes that this will make me feel better.

bdwaygirl, I've met Adam before. I was able to suck it up and talk to him, it just took a while.

Broadwaygirl4life, I can't wait to hear everything!!! So you met him, I assume? Fabulous. re: Adam's back!!!
