Princess Diana must be looking down on earth and smiling at how well her son did by marrying her. She handles her duties so wonderfully and has the "common" touch with people. She is also gorgeous and has great clothing style. Personally, I love that she is a big fan of tennis. It is nice to see Royal Family member enjoy being in the Royal Box for Wimbledon and not just there because it is one of her duties.

Somewhat related to your claim, I find it striking how many people online (both British and American) have developed some kind of deep and weird antipathy towards Harry and Meghan Markle. They make the most ridiculous claims about both of them, but especially her. And it's not an isolated thing; I've seen long comment sections, on otherwise respectable websites, filled with nothing but conspiracy theories about them. Obviously the internet is rife with various kinds of craziness (I have contributed to that myself), but I've never encountered a seemingly organized movement dedicated to defamatory nonsense quite like this one.

Well, you just rushed to defend her attackers, so you obviously care and you obviously pretty much hate her.

An often-repeated claim is that she had a hysterectomy in her young adulthood and she never had any children with Harry. As this sick thinking goes, she and Harry are using someone else's children as props to make... some kind of point, I don't know what that could possibly be.

I have read (the beginning of) long comment sections from posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Quora where almost every comment was some bizarre unhinged attack on Harry and Meghan Markle (especially Meghan).

It's tricky to link from Quora, but I think this should show a typically hateful comment section, which I didn't have much trouble finding in my Gmail. (ETA: link changed a few minutes after my initial post.)

I created this thread for one purpose. To show that people like Princess Kate and others can live with and beyond a cancer diagnosis. She is an inspiration not only to me but to untold numbers around the globe who are living "with and beyond" cancer. Her Three Peaks achievement would have been notable for a trained athlete, let alone a wife and mother of three enduring the horrors of cancer. I wish her and her family well in what is a difficult physical and emotional journey for all of us battling the nastiness of this disease.

But right away, the thread was hijacked. And true to form, ohers joined the tirade with unproven accusations against other members of the Royal Family. For what purpose? Why? Are you that desperate for attention? Despicable behavior. Shame on you.

She kinda reminds me of myself on here. Visceral reactions of hatred for daring to question sacred cows like The Royal Family, Uncle Sam, or Beyoncé Inc.

I've been called despicable, insane, racist. Meanwhile my accusers maintain some sort of moral superiority complex. Oblivious to their own harm-doing.

Cmon Jay. Are you really that clueless? I posted that Princess Diana would be proud of William because he married a wonderful lady IMO who is the subject of this thread. As usual, you had to turn things around by saying she would have been prouder of Harry who has nothing to do with this thread. You can irritate people (especially HG) because you constantly do this to his threads when he posts them about people he likes or admires. Princess Kate completed the 3 peak challenge which is an awesome physical feat. If you were going to post in this thread, it would have been nice to actually acknowledge her accomplishment.

I can only speak for myself, but I don't mind you questioning "sacred cows". I just think as I have told you several times, do it in a thread you have created.

It's absolutely an admirable feat, I wish Kate all the best in her endeavor and continued good health.

That said, I feel it should be acknowledged that she is in a position of extreme privilege which makes it a little easier for her. It's not like she works for amazon with no union or healthcare. If somehow she serves as an inspiration for people who do, well, good for her.
