Celebrity Big Brother climax (spoiler included) Feb 27

You have clearly drank the Omarosa cool-aid, which is your right. I have not. She is not a dumb woman. She is clearly veryintelligent. And she knew going into that White House exactly what a racist person Trump was and is. And she went anyway because the only person she really appears to care about is herself. "
It's interesting. I held negative opinions about Omarosa before Celebrity BB - my opinion has changed. I still wouldn't trust he

I went two weeks ago through TDF - seats were Rear Orchestra on the side. Perfect view of everything except for one short scene at the top level of the set.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Seating/Pricing Thread Feb 22
2018, 10:00:02 PM
You people are amazing! I checked this thread before bed for sniffs and giggles. Thanks to your post, and me catching it in time, I got that ticket. This means the husband and I can now see it on the same day (at cheapies tickets) which I didn’t expect! This means I’ll be returning a ticket for Wed, May 23rd, Orch R Y30. $130 each. I won’t do it until the morning cuz I’m exhausted and have to crash. So, if someone wants it, I guess PM me and we can coordinate timing for it? Here’s hopin

Thank you for tirelessly posting about the various tickets you've seen! I actually grabbed that last one! Now to snag one more single somewhere and see if my husband will accept the both of us seeing it on different dates. (He is of the "we must see this together" mindset, whereas I am "I'm not going to speak with you during the performance. I couldn't care less if you're seeing it with me."
Also, if anyone is looking for singles at any time, Dec-March have almost all dates in green.

At Wednesday night's performance, I had 2 TDF tickets in the back of the orchestra, left side on the far left aisle - they were perfectly wonderful seats - could see everything.

Blocked By The Boys In The Band - Now Planning Peaceful Opening Night Protest Jan 31
2018, 09:15:50 AM
To the OP - this play and this production is not about you. Please stop trying to enforce your will upon it. Save your money. Put together your own cast. Direct it. Light it. Costume it. Spend thousands of money on advertising. Rent a space.
Spend your energy creating your own work rather than protesting someone else's. THAT might just be something worthwhile and something that makes an impact. Protesting this production will do nothing. It's a much easier road and w

Sound of Music Revival Dreamcast - Only with people of color! Dec 15
2017, 08:50:37 AM
What about age blind casting? If we can have color blind casting (which I'm all for), the next obvious step would be age blind casting. Ageism is the last great "ism" that will be fought, I imagine.

The only issue is that its on VHS.
They would give out the episodes as gifts to graduating students, three years of episodes on videotape.
Wow! That's interesting to hear. They definitely stopped doing that by the time I attended ASDS. (2010)

That's an interesting take. I've always thought of her this way: What an intelligent woman to know that she isn't really an actress and not pursue that avenue after J&H. She discovered she was really more of a singer and instead has had an amazing career as a solo artist, both recordi

I hope you enjoy it! I've seen Linda more times than I can count. Probably 20-30 times? Her last two shows that I caught at 54 Below didn't have much of her own music. She always does Vienna, Man of La Mancha (even though she can no longer hit the highest note), and Someone Like You. Lately, she do

Audition Tips Jun 11
2017, 08:17:15 AM
The best thing you can ever learn about auditioning is this: Once it's over, forget about it. Move on. Focus on the next one. (Granted, that's easier when you're auditioning every day rather every once in awhile.)

FALSETTOS Previews Oct 15
2016, 03:37:39 AM
Tonight I did something that I'd never done before. I went to the box office and said "I was here to see Stephanie. Is there anyway I can exchange the tickets?" And without missing a beat, they said "Of course."
I had bought my tickets through Ticketmaster. They contacted Ticketmaster for me - my tickets were refunded - then I got new tickets from the (incredibly kind and generous and helpful) box office staff (and what Broadway BO staff is nice lik

Megan Hilty to perform holiday concerts @ Joes Pub Oct 12

Thanks to the OP. Just got tix for this. Love her - and I've needed a good DIVA fix live. She should do it. Grabbed 2 front row seats. Not everyone likes those but I do. At least I'm looking forward in those, if not a little up in the air. Can't wait for a great holiday concert from a fantastic singer!
