Audience Rewards redemption

I am attempting to redeem Audience Rewards for "American Psycho." I just noticed that, last fall, Audience Rewards ran a pre-sale, which has long been closed, and that the AR "Purchase select dates" option lists only a shows within a short span between mid-April and early-May, all of which are "sold out." Does anyone know whether this means that the only AR redemption opportunities are for these dates? Or, will this list of dates update per
