I mean, I thought Rob McClure was pitch perfect in the role and he’s 42, Nicholas Christopher is only, what, 34?

That Robert Downey Jr draw is going to be a big number when they do 8 performances.

I would argue that this is happening much more in his connections with Mulaney and Michaels, since Simon Rich was an SNL writer.

I agree on both counts, that song is a banger but most of their music is middling and very generic, but I guess that has worked in their favor for their careers, so who am I to criticize?

If he gives good performances and isn’t hurting anyone with his process, what can you possibly care? So he uses an ear piece, what does it matter?

I have absolutely no doubt that he is wearing an ear piece. He uses them for his films as well.

For what it’s worth, the email I received today from MTC/30 under 35 says:

“20 tickets per performance at $30 each will be available for MTC 30 under 35 members with a valid ID and email confirmation of their 30 under 35 membership. Two tickets per person will be available for purchase, same day only in-person, starting when the box office opens up until 1 hour before the performance. These tickets will be a mix of orchestra and mezzanine locations.”
