[title of show] fans! No Vampires!
 Aug 22 2008, 04:53:03 PM
So some friends of mine and I are sitting here at work and we just came up with a really funny concept. You know the Chuck Norris craze that was going on for a while? We've started subbing in Susan Blackwell. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes not. If you got one, post it! I'll start!

If Susan Blackwell is running late, time better slow the **** down!

Shrek: I'm gonna wait a little while. Been burned by the movie adaptations one to many times. "Big" anyone? anyone?

13: I'm intrigued! Although I tend to HATE children on Broadway. I always wished one of the students just F***ing shot Gavrosche. I played Joseph in "...Dreamcoat" in High School and I hated everyone of those little bastards! But it's JRB soooooo, I'll give it an honest shot.

9 to 5: The cast sold me! I don't care! The cast sold me!

Billy Elliot I saw in

wrong.

"and possible Tony Winner."

check that crystal ball again...

"But so is [title of show]."

SAY WHAT????

What would you suggest toodarnhot? I'm interested to see your taste. And don't bother with the slamming because I'm not here for that. I've seen your other posts and that seems to be your specialty.

Ok here's the easy way of doing this. I am AVID [title of show] fan! I also like the big, epic musicals like Tale of Two Cities. So it comes down to a simple question:

Do you want to see a small, simple, heart-filled show or do you want to see a big sweeping 2.5 or 3 hour musical?

It's a personal taste thing. I would say you couldn't go wrong with either. Do I show some favoritism to [tos], HELL YEAH! But I'm going to a preview of TOTC this coming week as well. I can't wait to

I bought my ticket to [tos] right after they were announced that they were coming to broadway. I've seriously been telling nine people about [tos] for about two years now! I used a discount code, but I wanted that ticket to be bought and waiting when I arrived in NYC. Third row, but I don't care. It's all about seeing them and then doing the stage door.

It's funny because I was just loking at the seating chart and I thought they were a little too far to the side. LOL! Thanks for the advice!

39 steps has the $39 tickets and Boeing Boeing has the $20 box seat rush. I want to see August Osage County even though the Tony winners are gone.

How should the crowds be in a few weeks anyway? I always go in the fall because I love the weather then! Anyone have expereince going this time of year?

Late August Lotteries
 Aug 18 2008, 12:28:05 PM
I am going to be in NYC August 27th-31st and would like to see Wicked and Young Frankenstein. I know the Wicked lottery always has 200+ people in the lottery , most of which I'm sure have seen the show 100+ times. Anyway, how would the numbers be for late August? Kids back in school for the most part yadda yadda yadda. Any help would be appreciated. Below is my schedule of shows for the interested:

Wed 27th: Wicked or Young Frankenstein

Thurs 28th: [title of show] been tell
