Michele, Benanti, O'Hara, and Parker in the running for FUNNY GIRL... May 6

Laura Benanti is my idol, and even I think she's vocally wrong for Fanny. Acting wise, I think she'd be brilliant. I think Anneliese van der Pol would be incredible.

Opinions on shows being 'innapropriate' for kids Sep 17

I saw Chicago when I was 13. I grew up rather sheltered and my mom was reeeeeeeeally nervous about me seeing it. She told me it'd be R rated of not worse. We were SUPPOSED to see Thoroughly Modern Millie but tickets were about 5 million dollars, and it was for my sisters birthday and I knew how much she loved Fosse, so I recommended Chicago, which made my sister and dad super excited. 'Words of Wisdom' from Musicals/Plays Sep 14

Who is your favourite EVITA? Sep 5
2010, 01:22:14 PM
Definitely Patti. Buuuuuuuuuuuuut I must say I kinda love Madonna's Evita as well. I don't necessarily like the way Madonna sang it, but there was something about her performance that I thoroughly enjoyed. And I am totally with taboo123 when it comes to the death bed scene. I thought it was very well done.

I see her as a Roxie more than Velma, but I'd see her in the show either way! Hope it works out for her.
